TIP's PeopleSoft upgrade practice is comprised of several upgrade teams dedicated to staying absolutely current as PeopleSoft advances, applying their experience to not only strengthen your investment, but also increasingly streamline the upgrade process.
We understand the importance of flexibility and perform upgrade services on-site, off-site, or in a combination that best suits your circumstances. We can work out a fixed-price or a time & materials solution to work within your budget. We can provide project plans fully resourced by experienced upgrade specialists, or develop a plan for clients who have internal resources available to work on the project.
Technology Center and Upgrade Lab
Strategies must evolve to remain effective. That's why we created the Technology Center, a state-of-the-art research and development facility that houses our Upgrade Lab. This facility enables TIP Application Specialists to master advancing technologies as they are released and provides a safe environment to test and perfect innovations. Workstations and servers in the Upgrade Lab are dedicated solely to upgrade projects. This constant state of readiness cuts out the time required to properly tune equipment at client sites, speeding the process. As a PeopleSoft customer, we used the Upgrade Lab to perform our own v8 upgrade, a complete success. We then ran through several upgrade scenarios, putting our approach to the test in varied environments, preparing for any challenge that may arise.
