The Implementation Partners (TIP) Expands to TX
Nakoma Group, LLC Purchases EpicEdge Assets
Huntington Beach, CA. – October 22, 2003 – Nakoma Group announced it has acquired the assets of EpicEdge in an all cash transaction with Silicon Valley Bank. Effective immediately, EpicEdge employees will be transferred to Nakoma Group’s ERP Services Company, The Implementation Partners (TIP).
Representatives of Nakoma Group are already meeting with employees, subcontractors and customers to convey the company’s commitment to them and to the terms of their contracts.
“We’re very excited to expand our operations to the state of Texas, and look forward to growing from the base of business this acquisition provides”, said Edward N. Myers, President of TIP. The company intends to maintain a base of operations in Austin and will be adding sales and engagement management personnel to support the increased presence in the PeopleSoft services market sector. TIP has a long and outstanding track record of implementing, extending and upgrading both PeopleSoft and JD Edwards ERP platforms.
