The Nakoma Group Completes Acquisition of The Implementation Partners (TIP)
Expands Capabilities to ERP Consulting
The Nakoma Group, an established provider of outsourced application development, IT simplification technologies and staff augmentation services for Medium and Large Enterprises, today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of The Implementation Partners (TIP).
TIP is an ERP software consultancy specializing in PeopleSoft and JD Edwards Software. TIP has created a fully functional Technology Center, primarily for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards applications, in Denver, Colorado. The Technology Center serves as both a research and development facility that enables TIP specialists to master current technologies and research new functionality and tools as they are released, and as an offsite lab in which customers perform upgrades very efficiently.

"TIP rounds out our capability to help IT executives get the most from their IT resources whether it's by optimizing their data centers or more efficiently upgrading their ERP system in The Technology Center. TIP is a great fit."
The Nakoma Group acquired the assets and liabilities of TIP in an all cash transaction. TIP will operate as a separate business unit within the Nakoma Group family of companies and will retain the name The Implementation Partners, TIP.
"The Nakoma Group provides a complimentary set of services for our loyal customer base," said Scott Tracy, former owner of TIP. "Nakoma also gives TIP greater reach for ERP consulting services."
Ed Myers, Chairman of Nakoma Group, will serve as President & Managing Director of TIP.
